📦 Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, the UK, the EU, and select international destinations. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, feel free to contact us — we’ll do our best to help.


⏱ How long does delivery take?

Estimated shipping times:

  • USA: 5–9 business days

  • Australia: 7–12 business days

  • UK & EU countries: 6–8 business days

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.


🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?

Yes! You have 30 days from delivery to return or exchange eligible items.
Returns are accepted for unused, unwashed items in original condition with all tags attached.
Swimwear must have the original hygiene liner intact.


💸 Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. SHAÉN is not responsible for lost or unverified returns.


📐 What sizes do SHAÉN pieces come in?

SHAÉN collections are primarily designed to fit women who typically wear XS, S, or M, with a natural, relaxed silhouette.
Some pieces may be available in L, depending on fabric and cut.
