We want you to love every piece you wear from SHAÉN. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, we gladly accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
🕒 Return Window
You may return your item(s) within 21 days of delivery.
📦 Conditions for Return

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached

Swimwear must be returned with the original hygienic liner in place

Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return

Items returned without approval or outside of the return window may not be accepted
🔁 Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for the same item, subject to stock availability.
💸 Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
🔄 How to Start a Return
To begin your return or exchange, please email us at customerservice@shaenwear.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll get back to you within 1–2 business days with the next steps.
⏳ Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
💸 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your items. Shaenwear is not responsible for any lost returns.
